Chantel is the reason I bought this house. She introduced me to Navarre/ gulf breeze area. I had no idea these area exits.I found chantel as I was searching Redfin for Pensacola Florida. There is a very high level of comfort I felt with her! I would recommend her very highly…she really focus on what was important to me…I bought a few houses over my lifetime…this is the first time I didn’t second guess myself or have any kind of buyers remorse. Many wonderful things that shows she is very experienced ; for example how the offer was written, even with two other offers. I was still able to get the house without going over asking!
