If there was an 11, I would choose that. Char Nikolai is a ROCKSTAR realtor and I wouldn't work with anyone else. She goes above and beyond and is always a pleasure to work with. She really knows her stuff!!! Between me and my adult children, we have worked on purchasing homes with Char 6 times now. Love her!
