I am very happy about how Charlene helped me during the process to purchase my new condo. She made everything easy and everything went very smoothly. What I appreciated was that she was always there to respond to my questions and there was no problem she couldn’t solve. I appreciated also that, while she was helping to look at every detail, I felt very free making decisions. What I mean is that she was always on my side as a buyer but, at the same time, never tried to influence me in one direction or another. Again, Charlene was a great support, a great help with much kindness.
