Charlene was the perfect agent for us! She was so personable and immediately felt a good connection with her. It was our first home buying experience and Throughout the process she was patient, no pressure. Everything just kind of flowed very smoothly. When it came time to put in offers we felt she had our best interests at heart like she was really on our side to get us the deal that made the most sense for us (and not just trying to get to a place where the deal would close). We appreciated her going to bat for us. When our offer was accepted, she made sure we were informed of the next steps and stayed in touch with us through every step until we closed. We really hit it off with Charlene. She’s really just an all around good and kind person.
