I actually sent Charles a note over 2 years ago about future plans to relocate to the east coast. No pressure and he checked in over that period to see how our plans were progressing. We found a home and Charles helped us visit virtually within hours of our request. We submitted an offer for a beautiful old home and had the offer accepted in 3 hours. He's been our virtual point of contact assisting with letting contractors into the home and checking on it for us until we move in. He and his team are great to work with and quick communicators, going above and beyond to assist us 3,000 miles away.
