I thought Charlie did great during my home-buying experience. This was all new for me and he explained everything very well and in depth. Charlie was the most relaxed and patient realtor I've ever worked with! He has such a calming spirit when you meet him, and doesn't let a lot phase him. He was always willing, at the drop of a hat, to drive out to the house we were buying even if it was just to let someone in. He worked with us on the buy side through an interesting pre-foreclosure situation. Even when we were stressed afraid we would lose the home, he was not and kept telling us it was all going to work out... and it did! Charlie (and his wife Stacey on the sell side) really became friends to my wife and I, and both were always willing to go that extra step. Even when we had a 1,001 questions... Ha!
