Charlie was an excellent agent. He was very responsive and also assisted with feedback when asked. We were not familiar with this market and Charlie was very knowledgeable which was very comforting to us. We were only in town for a short time so finding a house was very stressful and Charlie was always there to help. Not sure we would have got the job done without his assistance. Several times when Charlie had a conflict, he sent another agent Ann (sorry don't remember last name) but she was also very helpful. Overall, a great experience!

I am very thankful I decided to work with Redfin and had Charlie as my realtor. Charlie is one of the most knowledgeable and genuinely kind realtors I have met. He made the entire process, in a very stressful home buying market, as smooth as possible. He took his time explaining what I should look for in a home (the red flags and the green flags), gave his honest opinion and never made me feel pressured to sign on the dotted line. After a few months of searching, I decided to purchase a new construction and he had my back the entire 7 months it was being built.
