Charmin was not my original agent, but she stepped up with a smile and was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable throughout the process and continues to help me whenever I need assistance finding paperwork. My only suggestion would be to provide clients with printed copies of all paperwork, regardless of what is available online in the portal. Not everyone has easy access to the portal or a printer. I’ve run into issues several times and am still unable to log in and review all of my paperwork.

Charmin was both our Buyer's agent and our Seller's Agent. She showed us several homes and kept us busy. But we never felt like it was too much. The last house we looked at was "the" house. We looked at several that although met our specifice qualifications, they were not nearly as nice as the house we were selling. And we were selling our house for $80,000 less than the houses we were looking at. Charmin continued to be energetic and hopeful, even though we kept saying no.
