Because everything went too fast and I lost my 4 carat yellow gold diamond ring never recovered and the buyer agent lost my house key so I have to leave the door unlocked it was a horrible experience but Charmin knew her job. I think the system has a lot of glitches in it that needs to be more customer appreciated.
