Charmin was both our Buyer's agent and our Seller's Agent. She showed us several homes and kept us busy. But we never felt like it was too much. The last house we looked at was "the" house. We looked at several that although met our specifice qualifications, they were not nearly as nice as the house we were selling. And we were selling our house for $80,000 less than the houses we were looking at. Charmin continued to be energetic and hopeful, even though we kept saying no.
