Where do I start. I came to Chay after a deal I was in fell through at the very end of the deal. I explained to Chay what happen and she was very sympathetic to what I had previously went through. Chay immediately started to send me homes in my email search. Remember this is a sellers market people were lined outside the door for showings it was VERY challenging. The very frist house Chay placed an offer on a home for me the listing agent literally just did me so wrong he had verbally said the seller would accept my offer told us he would send the paperwork signed back to Chay over the weekend but guess what Monday morning the house was showing contingent.
