Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only is she very friendly and easy to talk to, but she is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market and the buying process, and really went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went smoothly and with all details in order. She confidently walked me over every bump in the road on this home-buying journey, and is honestly the reason why my family and I are able to sit here and enjoy our beautiful new home today. I would recommend her 100% and without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and should I find myself in need of a real estate agent again, Chelsea will be the only one I will be calling!

Chelsea is Very personable we loved dealing at the first stage. although at times I thought she was more for the buyers and their agent than us. We were on a Very tight budget to sell and she knew that my husband asked her to run the numbers for him so he knew all what was coming in the sale. She never disclosed the Washington Excise tax which I thought would be around $2000. then we we went to sign it was almost $7000. we were never given a Sellers discloser. We almost backed out of the sale but had purchased another home in Cedar City Utah where our daughter lives. We were told the buyers had avenues in which to sue us. Never did anyone try to help. We reached out to the broker as well NOTHING.......... So Live and Learn Thank you Colleen Sansburn
