Chelsea always went above and beyond for us. Answered all our calls and questions and made our experience with her wonderful. We purchased the home of our dreams and upon closing left us a nice personal gift for our new home. We just loved working with Chelsea.

Chelsea helped us both with buying and selling, and she definitely knew how to navigate the market for the hurdles we experienced at both ends. She is patient and informative and always prompt to answer questions. If I could have scooped her up to help us after our big move to help us buy again, I would have!

Chelsea deserves the highest commendation for a multitude of reasons, but for purposes of brevity, I will focus on the two factors that were most important to me: trust and strategy. She is trustworthy- Buying a house was one of the most important decisions I have ever made. There are very few people in the world that I would trust to help guide me through that decision. Chelsea exceeded my expectations for trustworthiness. She spent a great deal of time asking the right questions to fully understand my needs and guided me through the home search with an unbiased eye. It was very intimidating to purchase a home in this extremely competitive market. When you compete with 10 other qualified offers on your “dream house”, it is easy to lose sight of your original goals and objectives. Chelsea’s constant communication and transparency helped me stay on track and ensured that I didn’t make unreasonable sacrifices to get a house that fit my family’s needs. She is strategic- I was a first-time buyer, and I had no understanding of how the purchasing process would work. My naivete, combined with the chaos of competing in this extremely competitive market, would have been a disaster with a “normal” real estate agent. However, Chelsea’s extraordinary experience and intuition helped guide me through the daunting process. Chelsea understands the strategy behind making a competitive offer. I did not offer the most money on my home, but Chelsea used her intuition and strategy to write an offer that was the MOST ATTRACTIVE. Thanks to her, I will soon be moving into my dream home that checks all the boxes in terms of budget, location, size, and style!
