Cheryl is hands down the best realtor around. She answered every single question we had very quickly and always made time for anything we needed help with. Our loan process was 100% a pain in the behind but there stood Cheryl 110% ready to tackle any issues we had and got us to closing!!! She will hands down be the only realtor we will ever recommend or use anymore..

Cheryl worked with me during a period when affordable homes were scarce in acceptable neighborhoods. I was an out-of-state buyer, which made it even more difficult. I was frustrated and feeling it wasn’t worth my emotional ups and downs trying to buy a home. As soon as I found a home to buy, it wasn’t available to even view it. The houses all sold surprisingly quick and with inflated prices. She helped me to strengthen my resolve and stay positive during my search. I finally found a house to call home. Call her. You will be glad you did.
