Chilly was very personable and helpful throughout our home search and every step of the home purchase. Chilly is very easy to talk to, almost like chatting with a friend. Additionally, she is a very clear and active communicator which made buying my first home a lot less painful. Chilly did not always have the answer, but between the mortgage advisor and her vast network of contractors and other buyer's/seller's agents, she was always one call away from a well informed response. We would happily work with Chilly again.
