Chris is the ultimate realtor. From start to finish he helped us figure out what kind of property we wanted, how much we could afford, and how much we wanted to spend. He explained the pros and cons of buying a property that requires extensive renovations and walked us through the costs involved and the equity we could expect afterward. He knows DC like the back of his hand and found us the idea property for a great price. He also has a great group of mortgage brokers and title companies with whom he works. Above al, he’s super friendly, funny, and willing to work around your schedule. No one goes to the lengths Chris does to make you feel comfortable and excited about what can otherwise be a stressful and demoralizing experience.
