Chris was such a pleasure to work with! He gave us five star treatment in helping us sell our home. He was always amiable and communicative, reaching out regularly with any updates and was readily available to answer any questions we had. He also offered sensible advice/recommendations and provided good reasons from his years of experience when it came to different aspects of the sale. He accomplished much of the footwork and heavy lifting of open house, staging, and property photography quickly and efficiently. It was truly impressive! As for the sale itself, he was able to negotiate the house above our initial asking price and arrived a final number we were very happy with! Furthermore, he did all of this on a relatively short timescale period when compared to other sales. Would I recommend Chris Lee? I absolutely would, 100%! You won’t find anyone better!
