I worked with Christina to sell vacant land that I created through subdivision. As you can imagine, this isn’t something that’s done every day in an already developed town. Since land sales command less customers they are generally more difficult to conduct. I was initially worried that the agent I chose wouldn’t have the expertise, time, or desire to manage a difficult sale. But Christina had all of that and more! Christina is extremely knowledgable and skilled. She was able to understand and articulate the ins and outs of zoning, setback rules, and other nuances that come with land sales. Christina is a miracle worker. My partner and I had dealt with many long months of fighting with the seller over inspection issues that he refused to remediate and at the eleventh hour before closing, we though we were going to lose the house. Somehow, Christina was able to negotiate and got us exactly what we were asking for and we ended up closing without hitch. She always made herself available throughout the entire process when we needed to speak with her and always promptly kept us in the loop whenever anything happened. She also has the best connections; the attorney and electrician she recommended were absolutely amazing. Christina and her team is the best you can ask for a house search in NJ. After going from one open house to another we finally met Christina, who unlike other agents took her time out to explain the home buying process to us as a first time buyer. She understood our liking and would herself recommend houses as soon as they were on market. While working with Christina, we were never pushed to put down an offer unless we really liked the house, which you’ll see a lot with other agents. Her team is simply amazing and I would receive all notifications and documents uploaded as soon as they received it. During the closing, she made sure all the tasks were completed before closing even though my attorney lagged behind! Getting my dream home wouldn’t have been this easy, if Christina hadn’t... Christina is extremely knowledgeable and is able to answer detailed questions about counties, towns, schools, etc. at a very granular level. When it came to selling our home, she has a good feel on how to price your house appropriately. Her marketing and the foot traffic we received was top notch.

She is a terrible agent to choose to represent you in real estate transaction. She wants to bid maximum. She will use inaccurate information to scare her client. She wants you to do maximum offer and still she will give you wrong information. When an issue arose, she was threatening me with a lawsuit . She wrote me. She is cannot be trusted in any way. Please be careful. This was not the first time to deal with real estate agent for me.
