We sold our house with Christine after meeting her when she showed our house, when we had it up for sale by owner. Christine was very professional and really made an impression on us. We then purchased a home in Athol. Christine made the experience go beautifully, with no issues, no problems, everything went smoothly. Anytime we wanted to see something and look at it again or do whatever, she was right there. Christine goes above and beyond and has some off-the-wall ideas about advertising your home which makes so much sense but nobody ever thought of before. I will use Christine anytime I sell or purchase a property and would recommend her highly to anyone that I know. Christine even got a realtor for us in California where we needed to sell a property and had no idea who to use she referred someone to us that was almost as good as Christine. I love my new friend Christine!

With the current market conditions and being long distance buyers we needed someone to react quickly for us. When the right property came up she worked hard to secure the deal advising us through the initial offer and subsequent negotiations. Whenever we contacted Christine with questions or concerns she was quick to respond with information, even after closing. Her availability to take phone calls, text messages and meet for showings was prompt and always friendly. Christine is professional and her personable way instilled trust and confidence.
