Chris was fantastic from showing us the house the first time to handing me the keys at closing. Throughout the entire process, Chris was available, professional, and was able to answer any questions that we had. Chris worked well with our loan officer and impressed her as well. Chris had recommendations for all the required inspections and other preliminary services that are required before purchasing a home. Additionally Chris was happy to find a new provider or get a new estimate if we had an issue with the first one that was provided. Chris went above and beyond for us, at one point I ordered a new bed for the house and when it arrived early Chris spoke to the seller and worked it out for us to be able to store the bed in the house before we got the keys.
