In fact I already have. I have a close friend that would like to sell his home and I highly recommended Chris. Chris was superb working with. I am the biggest pain in the ass and I’m sure I would have driven any other agent crazy. Chris was patient and not once did I get the feeling he was frustrated with the dozens of homes I requested to view.

Working with Chris is great, as usual. This is the fourth time I've worked with him, and he's always done right by me. Chris sold my house for exactly what the buyer's mortgage company appraised it at, which is pretty rare. And the whole process was quick and easy. With the rest of the real estate sector getting sued and losing lawsuits for charging high, monopoly-level commissions, Redfin is the only major company innovating and then passing the savings onto customers. I recommend both Redfin and Chris.
