This may sound hyperbolic, but working with Chris to buy my first home was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As a first-time homebuyer, the process can feel so intimidating — it’s emotional, stressful, exciting, and full of unknowns — but Chris was there for me through every single part of it. He understands that buying a home isn’t just a transaction; it’s a huge life moment. He never once made me feel rushed or silly for being overwhelmed or changing my mind (which I did... many times). We spent about a year looking at homes together because I kept shifting what I thought I wanted, and Chris was endlessly patient, thoughtful, and strategic through all of it. He knows the market inside and out — but even more than that, he knows how to listen. Early on, after getting to know me and what I was looking for, he suggested a neighborhood I hadn’t even considered — and it ended up being exactly where I found my home. He was so right. What I admire most about Chris is how genuinely he cares about his clients. He brings so much warmth, attention to detail, and heart into what he does. I truly don’t know how he manages to show up for everyone the way he does, but he does — and it makes all the difference. When it came time to submit my offer, he helped me craft one that balanced both detailed market insight and my own instincts. Chris blended data with intuition, walking me through different scenarios and helping me feel confident every step of the way. He went to bat for me, negotiated strategically, and ultimately made the deal happen — even though it started as a low-ball offer! Chris is the kind of person who always goes above and beyond for his clients. He somehow manages to make one of life’s most stressful milestones feel personal, exciting, and even fun. I’m incredibly grateful for him and couldn’t recommend him more highly.
