I’ve purchased two homes with the Ellen and Christy team and refer everyone I know looking for a home to them because they are the best duo in Long Beach. Ellen has a calm and cool demeanor but knows how to win and close a deal down. I interviewed 4 sets of realtors to sell our home, all who had done a significant number of sales in our neighborhood, and am so glad that we went with Christy and her partner Ellen. Really feel fortunate to have been able to work out with the Christy Di Leo and Ellen Henry Team. Ellen was our agent for an investment property deal and through her market insights, strong reputation, and relationship with the sellers agent, we were able to get our offer accepted out of 40 other offers and still pay appraised value for the home. The team she works with is the best as well which includes her inspector and lender. We closed in 21 days in large part because of her experience and skill. We also were able to achieve a large credit from the seller in this crazy competitive sellers market. 10/10 would recommend working with this team and can't wait to do another deal with Ellen again in the future!

Ellen helped us to buy our first home. The idea of buying our new home seemed very stressful in the beginning but we were lucky to have an agent who helped us. Ellen has been a great agent to work with, she is very responsive, and she did everything possible to help us get the home we wanted. She also has great contacts who helped us regarding the title, home inspection and all the other part of the process.

I first looked at a property in Long Beach and I met Ellen there. I told her I was unsure of my timeline as I was a first time buyer, but I had a good feeling about her; a month later I was in escrow on another property, and Ellen has been amazing throughout the whole experience!
