Cindee seems to be a relatively kind person, however she does not seem fit to be a realtor. She lacks communication skills, there were periods of time where we went a couple of weeks without hearing from her unless we initiated. She would not reach out with updates or important information regarding the selling of our home. She consistently talks over you during conversations and because of this doesn’t seem to hear what you are saying, this results in her having to constantly ask you to give her information that was already shared but not heard by her. There were two separate occasions where we found out that she had bold faced lied to myself or to the buyers agent. This was embarrassing for us and caused a large inconvenience for us and the buyer/buyers agent. While we were still using Cindee as a buyers agent and not just selling agent she did not assist in the finding of a home, my husband and I viewed or asked to view over 10 different properties. All of the properties were found by myself or my husband, she did not send us one listing for consideration, and did not communicate that she was trying to assist in finding us a home, the only time she had a recommendation was for a new build that was over $20k outside of our price range. I told her that it wasn’t an option for us and she brought it up several more times. She was nice in person and was always kind to our baby, however, that just isn’t enough to justify what ended up being paid out to her. I believe she needs to heavily work on her professionalism.

Cindee did a Great Job from start to finish. She also has a network of vendors for landscaping handyman painters and floor installers

Cindee is very patient, kind, and easy going. Sje didn't rush me when looking for a house to buy or for us to sell . I have had realtors that rushed me into buying a house. Cindee is wonderful.

Cindy was awesome and professional from start to finish! Highly recommend working with her!
