Cleveland went above and beyond helping me find junk removers to clean out some remaining furniture. We interacted with a number of agents who wanted our business as we lightly 'shopped' over the last few years; Cleveland impressed us by being responsive (could text him at anytime for example and get a response in minutes), not pushy and on the same page in terms of not feeling pressured when we were looking to buy a property (i.e. we didn't feel pressured to overbid or to jump on the first interesting property); and on the "sell" side, Cleveland helped to coordinate all the pieces and was proactive in helping us prepare our property for sale. Cleveland was a real partner in the process, was very prepared and used helpful data points to set the pricing. Extremely easy to work with and always well prepared and accountable - made it very easy for us!

Cleveland is an incredible real estate agent. From the first time I met him, I knew I could trust him because he was so honest and straight forward. I was able to ask him for his advice and trust him at every step. He has an extensive knowledge base of what can go wrong (and right!) in a home and gives really candid feedback about each property he views with you. He’s so good, in fact, that when seeing a place with him other people represented by other agents would say, “wow, that’s a good question!” and stick around Cleveland so they could hear the answers to questions he would ask. He has an immaculate attention to detail (for instance, I went to see a beautiful loft with him but he called out some water damage in the ceiling as well as a sloping floor) which I hadn’t even noticed...
