Clint has helped us sell two different properties in the past and has always been a straight shooter with us. He was up front on what he thought the property will get in the current market as well as what needed to be updated. But he was also helpful in telling us what we DID NOT need to change so we didn't have to waste time and money when we weren't going to see a return. I've moved out of Clint's area now but I would keep using his services over and over if I could. He is a good man and great realtor to have in your corner when buying or selling property.

Clint was very easy to work with, very knowledgable about what steps I needed to take to make my home look better for sale. Following his recommendations, led to a quick sale at what I felt was a very reasonable price. This was my first time selling a home. Clint was very patient and explained why things would or wouldn't work. Always available to answer my questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend him to any and everyone buying or selling a home. Outstanding realtor, I was very happy he was on my side. Definitely can't go wrong using this gentleman!!

Clint was most helpful in helping us find a house that would work for us. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and few houses had hallways wide enough. Considering how quickly houses are sold in the Sherman area he guided us through the process nicely even with us in another state.

Clint worked diligently with the other realtor to get the sale to go through. A few issues popped up while I was in the process of buying my house, but Clint was always on top of every issue and made the process easy. I would highly recommend him as an agent to my family and friends.

Clint actually sold us this home when we first moved to the area back in 2012. I dragged him all over and looked at numerous homes just to confirm this house was "the one". He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. And when it came time for us to move again, he was there every step of the way...scheduling professional photos, showings, hosting open houses, etc. It was a seamless process, and we would highly recommend Clint!

Clint was very professional and knowledgeable about the market and thungs to keep in mind as we purchased our first home. He was with us every step of the way and did an amazing job working with the seller and his realtor. We even ended up getting money back at the end of everything! I would highly recommend him!
