Cody has been fantastic to work with! The most important aspect for me is I could tell he had my best interest in mind every step of the way. On top of that, he was able to work with us outside of standard business hours when needed, always replied promptly, and was able to answer all our questions thoughtfully and completely. When meeting in person for showings/inspections, he was always on time, prepared, and offered great advice. Lastly, when it came to paperwork, he was able to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way and was always available to answer any questions, so nothing got slowed down. He has exceeded my highest expectation for a realtor, and I can't recommend him enough!
