We met Colin at one of his open houses a couple of years ago. We were just looking, not serious about buying at the time, and let him know that. Despite that fact, Colin spent a significant amount of time answering our questions, and educating us on the market and the home buying process. We were so impressed by his knowledge and down to earth, friendly manner. We knew that when it was time to buy, we would without a doubt use him. Over the next couple of years we would text him if we had questions, he always promptly and thoroughly responded. Finally it was the right time for us to start looking for a home. He asked all the right questions, understanding what was important to us in our search. If we found a home we were interested in, he would research it’s history, the HOA rules, and ask the selling agent questions so we were fully informed about the property.
