Zack is a fantastic realtor! We highly recommend him. Zack was friendly and approachable, and easy to work with. He took our opinions and viewpoints seriously, but also offered his own perspective and insight. He had great knowledge of the market and had fantastic advice for us. Soon after we met him, Zack arranged for us to get into the house we wanted to see. He saw the house with us several times. On each occasion, he was well prepared and offered valuable thoughts that helped inform our decision about whether to make an offer on the home. Zack also has great connections. He gave us excellent referrals to lenders and got us started on the pre-approval process almost immediately. He was also able to arrange for a contractor to visit the property with us and advise on whether renovations were possible. In addition, Zack provided valuable insight on the inspection process. Zack provided great advice on the offer price, was a skilled negotiator, and worked well with the seller’s agent. He took responsibility for drafting the necessary documents and sent each to us in a timely manner. Zack was always available to answer questions, made sure we met our deadlines, and overall was a great guide during the hectic closing process. Overall, Zack was knowledgeable, accessible, and very responsive. You can’t go wrong!

Morgan is so on top of everything it’s amazing. He seemingly never sleeps and is just so fast at responding to any questions we had. On top of that he did a fabulous job helping my wife and I find a place that met our needs and dissecting what things we actually wanted/needed from a house. He was amazing at helping us negotiate both on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. We always recommend him. He’s a great person to have in your corner.
