Corey is not only an excellent broker, but also an exceptional human being. Our family is so pleased with the results of the sale of our Mother's apt. He help us restage the apt., found us reasonable and very good contractors, cleaners, etc. which helped us renovate the apt from a 2 BR + den, to a legal 3 BR. All in all we increased our original price by $50K or 12%! Corey is on top of everything, negotiated the best possible price, always returns calls/texts promptly, and knows how to make a sale happen. He also took the time to sit with my 93 year old mom many times to help explain the process and made her feel very comfortable. I have bought and sold many properties, and wish Corey lived in NYC - I would use him on every deal. You will be in VERY good hands if you choose him to be your Broker.
