We had an outstanding experience working with Corey. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. What really set him apart was everything he did after we moved out of state. Since we were already moved, Corey took the initiative to coordinate with contractors, negotiate on our behalf, and make sure all of the work on the house was completed. He truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable. Throughout the entire sale, he remained calm, patient, and solution-oriented, even when unexpected challenges came up. This is the second time I have worked with Corey. I bought my condo through Corey ten years ago in 2016, and used him this year to sell the condo. Actually, the seller in 2016 had herself worked with Corey when she bought the condo. So Corey has been involved as broker for the same condo three times! This isn’t surprising, because Corey is a wonderful human being and the ultimate real estate professional. For the recent sale, Corey was always available, always gave me the best of his thoughts and analysis. I could not have felt more comfortable throughout the process and could not imagine working with a more competent broker. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Corey to either buyers or sellers, particularly since Corey proved himself to me as a superb agent when representing me at different times as both a buyer and a seller.
