Cory was extremely supportive throughout months of search for the right house. He knew what we were looking for and helped us parse through the options. He was accommodating on multiple visits and supportive about the many misses. He helped in the final stretch when our closing was delayed, keeping us calm and communicating with sellers to keep them calm too.

Cory is a likable fellow and has a nice personality, and for a smooth real estate transaction where there is not conflict between the buyer and seller he would probably be fine. This was not our experience however. We did not feel that Cory made an effort to understand our point of view to relay it to the buyer's agent. We felt as if he only just gave us the message from the seller's agent. This is our 4th real estate transaction in the last 2.5 years. In all cases, except this, we felt that our agent was "on our side". We are fairly sophisticated buyers and we are significantly older than Cory. Maybe he felt he didn't have expertise to offer, I can't say. But we absolutely needed him to communicate out point of view in the dispute, which he did not, because he never took the time to...
