I specialize in a ‘no pressure’ approach, and have extensive experience selling homes in the Greater Baltimore area. Having completed a number of ‘flips’ myself, I understand how to maximize your proceeds from a sale through savvy repairs, improvements, and staging. I started in real estate in 2002 in Ohio, where I successfully sold homes for two years. Upon relocating to Pennsylvania I branched into corporate sales, spending several years with Hershey Park, then working in veterinary pharmaceutical sales before returning to real estate full time in 2010. I hold a Bachelors degree from Florida State, am a graduate of Investors United School of Real Estate Investing, and am a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS).
