Best realtor ever! Not only did he put up with my shenanigans, but he also was fun to work with. I like to know they why's behind everything and Cristian took the time to explain the whole process to my husband and I without making me feel like I was wasting his time. As I would fly in from out of state to look at any one property, or have relatives go and look with him, he'd bring a ladder along that I/they/him, could look into the attic or onto the roof/gutters. Cristian is AMAZING!! I have had several realtors, and have NEVER felt like they had my best interests at heart, it always seemed like they just wanted to get paid. Cristian is 150% in his client's court, and only wants his clients to be happy with their new home...he is different from every other realtor I have ever met! I live in another state, and he would go out to any place I wanted to see, as many times as I wanted to see it, and he would take me on a tour via video chat. Cristian made it happen because he did t give up. Side note, my 5 year old left her favorite stuffed animal at the the property the very first time we visited. We found Cristian simply by asking to see a home we liked. When it didn’t work out, Cristian was there to offer assistance in a way that wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on something quick. Cristian is a 10. His knowledge level, connections, expertise, and wise input helped me buy my first home. Not only would I recommend him to friends and family, I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't know a whole lot about buying their first home. I'd done as much research as I could to prepare for buying my first home, but the internet and family's personal accounts didn't close the gap in what I needed to know. Cristian closed that gap and even went above and beyond what you can expect from a real estate agent. If I ever felt anxiety about a particular issue, Cristian would remind me of things to keep in mind, like how I could opt for a home warranty in closing contingencies.
