About Crystal
Having lived in the Eastern Tennessee area all my life, I have vast knowledge of not only Knoxville, but also surrounding areas. As a previous mental health counselor for the state, I traveled several counties too in my job performance. I have been licensed for 13 years and opened my own agency 3 years ago. Just recently I went independent and not only work as an agent but also train my own agents to be honest, ethical agents. My main goal is to make my customers happy and to make their experience an enjoyable one! I further serve our community by being on the board of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and I have my own 501c3 called Kane's Crusaders that does a food drive for outlying communities and a dance for the chronically ill teens of East Tennessee Children's Hospital! Being an avid animal lover, I have rescued many in the past. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, animal owner, agency owner broker, educator and marketer! My prior customers to this day from 13 years ago still reach out to me for their real estate needs!
