Joe was great to work with. We spent about 2 months on our house search. Each one of the houses we viewed was in our price range and had the amenities we were looking for. He was always available when needed. Joe really helped us out at the closing time. Closing was scheduled on a Friday morning but Joe and I both received a call from the bank on Thursday afternoon, stating that the closing had been canceled. Joe worked diligently into the evening to have this sorted out between the title agency, seller's Realtor, bank, and a credit union. He managed to get a hold of people who had already left their office for the day by using out-of-the-box techniques, such as finding people on LinkedIn. My wife and i tried to go through the home buying experience with two different realtors, And it honestly made us sick to our stomach to the point where we almost gave up on buying a home. There was nothing but lies and incorrect information things where done very lazily. The service we recieved from joe changed eveything he was always very attentive to us and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything from a very flexible schedule to politeness and professionalism. He made our dream a reality and we thank him every day from the bottom of our hearts. And anyone i come across that needs a realtor i make sure to let them know how excellent joe is at his job amd how that is the realtor for them.
