When we went searching for a second home in Delaware - Cynthia was referred to us by our local Pennsylvania realtor. I knew that if my excellent realtor was recommending someone - that person was bound to be great at their job. It was a fairly quick and easy process… we looked at a couple homes and then immediately found the one. Settlement was 4 weeks - so very quick. And all throughout the speedy process Cynthia was on top of being expeditious and thorough. I know it’s *sometimes* hard to find competent (driven) real estate agents, that aren’t pushy or ‘lazy’ - but Cynthia for sure is these positive attributes and much more. Should we ever want/need another home in Delaware - she’d be the first person we call. Ps - we’re absolutely loving our new beach house in Cape Windsor, Fenwick Island :)
