About Cynthia
Cynthia Cowling, a native North Carolinian, returned to the state in 1997, moving into the Triangle area, after many years in Atlanta, including graduating from the University of North Georgia. She has lived in many different locales, literally from A-Z (Apex to Zebulon) so her knowledge of our market is unparalleled!
Her professional business skills were sharpened by years as Vice President and co-owner of a Home Care Agency in the area. Ready to have a go on her own, and having owned and sold her own real estate properties since 1994, Cynthia pursued and obtained a North Carolina Real Estate Broker license — She continues to hone those skills. Selling comes naturally to her and it is her goal to match clients to their dream homes and wade thru “all that paperwork” with a smile on her face, (and theirs).
Cindy has been involved in numerous community organizations, as she believes strongly that our community is where we all live. She is a proud past member of the Junior League of Raleigh, a member of the Caswell Nash chapter of the DAR, served on the Rex Hospital Gala Committee, the Artspace Gala team, and supported the Red Sword Guild. Most dear to her heart have been the ways she has served her children’s schools in numerous PTA positions throughout the years. Cindy is a member of Christ Episcopal Church in downtown Raleigh, a historic church on the downtown square.
