Cynthia was a pleasure to work with! Living in another state while working with her was so easy! At first we were worried finding a real estate agent was going to be difficult to work with while being so far but she made it easy to contact her with any questions or issues we had through house hunting all the way through closing. Cynthia always made sure we were included in every detail in regards to our home. She is very hard working and on top of it all the time, she makes sure to check every box and is very knowledgeable about the market, points out details inspectors might be concerned about, details on the finishes of homes, and much more! She is very thorough and we had a wonderful experience working with her. I would highly recommend making Cynthia your real estate agent!

Cynthia is wonderful to work with! She was always able to walk me through any part of the process that was unfamiliar or made me nervous, and she fought my corner when issues with inspections, contractors/repairs, wire transfers and all the rest of it seemed overwhelming. Not to mention the pressures of finding a new place to live and an Airbnb to stay briefly because my house sold before I was able to close on the new one! She was with me every step — never showing any signs of stress or impatience. A total pro and a real friend.
