Could not be happier with Dakota as our agent. During our nearly 4 month house search in an area we were unfamiliar with, he selflessly made himself available nearly any time we wanted to see houses. (He ended up showing us about 75 houses at our request to ensure we had a complete picture of the area and entire inventory.) His advice on making offers was very sound and aligned to our strategy. He was timely and thorough to ensure our offers were competitive without succumbing to bidding wars. He was extremely patient and never pressured us to "make a deal" just to get this long process done. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and various strategies for successfully navigating this arduous process. Again, it was a real pleasure working with him.
