Dan have me the best possible experience I could possibly ask for. Every step of the process was laid out for me. Plus he's super chill and knowledgeable where he needs to be, and even where he doesn't. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

It was truly great working with Dan on my recent purchase. He was very informative and timely in all aspects. As I travel from another state (7hrs away) Dan aways made himself available to meet my schedule. In addition he always had a quite a view homes for me to see. He responded to my texts, emails and phone calls with in minutes of me sending them. I will most certainly use him again when I purchase my next home in Erie, PA.
