After wearing several hats, including being his own landlord for his properties for 18 years; he decided to focus mostly on residential properties several years ago. When not doing real estate, Dan and his wife have been involved in foster kid ministries for several years, as well as church-related ministries and events. Their oldest daughter and son-in-law were in full-time ministry for several years but recently their son-in-law joined his parents' family business.
