In a word, tremendous. The seller was not being realistic, and Dan worked on our behalf with the seller's agent to get the seller to accept a realitic offer. The seller pushed for a ridiculously short escrow, and again, when we could not meet the timeframe, Dan dealt effectively with the seller's agent. And he did it all with a great attitude and down-to-earth approach.
