We loved working with Dan and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a new home! He helped us purchase our first home and answered all of our many questions thoroughly, respectfully, and honestly. His past experience in construction was a great resource for us, as he was able to provide us some additional information other realtors may not know. We never felt any pressure to buy and always felt he had our best interests in mind. Even my mom and our dog thought Dan was great, which is VERY high praise. After working with Dan, we wouldn't want to work with any other agent!

Dan was amazing to work with. His past work in construction was extremely helpful in guiding us as we looked at many older homes. We crawled through attics and crawl spaces together which is something no other Realtors been willing to do. He never pressured us to make a sale and actually talked us out of some properties that he knew wouldn't make great purchases.

Working with Dan was great! He was very responsive, communicative and extremely knowledgeable. His prior experience in the contracting/ construction industry was invaluable in choosing a solid home. Having never gone through the homebuying process before, I wasn't sure what to expect from the experience, but we found a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in the part of town we wanted.
