Horrible buying experience with Dan as our buying agent. I have sold 4 houses and bought 5 and this is the worst agent I have ever worked with. Dishonesty is on the top of the list. Communication was OK until the sale was closed and after that Dan pretty much became an advocate to cover-up the seller and the seller's agent's faults. Wrong advise by Dan led us to spend thousands of extra dollars after buying the house. Knowing that the house needed several repairs and work he suggested that we waive off the inspection. It became frustrating to me, however Dan had ideas which ultimately made the whole sale close as we wanted. Honestly I hate realtors I think they are the equivalent to car salesmen and Dan has truly changed my mind. Not only was he extremely efficient and timely, but he truly cared about us as a family.
