She was extremely inexperienced and it felt like she was the sellers agent rather than our own. She kept fighting us on every decision we made. She was very unprofessional at times. For example, we mentioned we didn’t want a home where we would have to destroy a part of the kitchen for a dishwasher. Her response, I always washed dishes by hand, this shouldn’t be a big deal. She fought me back on every counter offer we made even though each counter we got exactly what we asked for. She was in a sellers market mentality when she should have been in buyers market mentality for the current time. Communication was bad and it felt like we basically gave her a free paycheck because we did all the work! I was such a bad experience that I don’t ever want to use a Redfin agent again! Buying my home was a huge mental disaster because Dani was such an amateur.
