We met Daniel through our in-laws. Completely unintentional. At that time I had went through several lenders and realtors who just never communicated Efficiently, or just never got back to me. My husband had just medically retired from the military and in the 12 years of his service, we had never bought a home. We knew that was something we wanted to do once his service was finished. We were completely ignorant to the process. What was a simple introduction eventually led us to purchasing our first home for our family. From the initial text about the house, Daniel was absolutely professional and extremely personal. He “wanted” us to have this home and was not going to rest until all options were exhausted. He was always willing to answer all of my questions any day of the week and at any time. Anyone would immediately become better for having Daniel on their side. If I could buy ten homes tomorrow, Daniel would manage all of them. Daniel Loria gets a 20 out of 10!!!

Daniel is by far the most responsive and punctual realtor that we’ve engaged with, we are lucky to have found him. After my elderly parents listed their house for sale their relationship broke down and a divorce ensued during pendency of the house sale. It was an extremely delicate and tricky situation but Daniel was able to navigate getting the house sold and the emotions between the two with extreme grace, dignity, and respect. He got the house sold quickly and we were very grateful for his kindness and consideration to both sides during a very emotional process. We highly recommend Daniel for not only his professionalism but his kindness and decency as a human being.

I selected Daniel to sell my mother's house because he was honest about the amount the house was worth, and he lived in Liberty. He provided all the information that I needed to progress with the sale. Since I live in Plano, TX, Daniel did everything to make the sale easier on me. He took care of all the details, and was a very good go-between me and the buyer. Whenever I had a question and called him, or emailed him, he was very prompt in returning my call. There were some issues that came up, and he handled all of these for me. Daniel was kind, and showed great respect for me because this was also selling my home where I grew up, and it was a few months after my mother's death. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone wanting to sell a home. Note: he is a good man.

He was a blessing to work from the start. He showed up very excited and willing to answer any questions and started a game plan to walk us through each step. We called him often even everyday sometimes and he answered every time he was available. If he didn’t know he was getting answers and back to us promptly.
