Daniel was extremely difficult to contact throughout our entire process. He sent us notifications that showings went well when no one showed up. When we did get a buyer, the closing process was terrible and on our closing date we had no information as to where it was. When I had to resort to contacting the buyers’ agent, he was frustrated “that he had been out of the loop” despite the fact that I tried to contact him multiple times that day. I got more information and was able to solve issues easier through the buyers’ agent than I was with Daniel. He did help in the negotiation process, but he was very absent in closing process for us and everyone involved. I was very disappointed in his service.
Agent Response:
The transaction was going as expected until a surprising permit issue surfaced, which caused understandable concern for the sellers. I was able to negotiate $17,500 over their original asking price, which the client acknowledged positively in her review. The sellers were not residing in the home and monitored the property remotely, which sometimes led to frustration around showing activity and cancellations. While the closing process was challenging due to last-minute changes from the buyer’s title company and lender, many of the issues were outside of my control despite my efforts to keep things on track. 5.0

He started off great—very responsive and informative. But after we went under contract, it became challenging to get in touch with him when we had questions or concerns. We understand agents can be busy, but we were hoping for more consistent communication during such an important time. I’d hesitate to recommend him unless someone is okay with limited availability after the initial stages.
