Daniel has been an incredibly helpful and friendly agent all along. He gave us great advice and helped us buy our house, managing to have our first home buying offer accepted. He then helped us sell the house after work required us to relocate, and we were able to achieve a higher price than expected! I highly recommend Daniel as a great agent to work with.

Daniel is phenomenal. He responded right away and took the time to form a relationship with me and my partner as we searched for a home. He is very patient, and took each showing as an opportunity to provide us with an education about the market, the neighborhood, and specifics about each home. He has a background in construction so he was able to point out things in each house that would need to be fixed, giving us a realistic idea of how much more money we’d need to put into the house. All of this allowed US to make well-informed decisions. He never pressured us and cautioned against spending more than we could afford, reminding us that he would take as long as we needed to get us into the RIGHT home, not just the first home that seemed like a good fit.
