Danilo is amazing! We were so lucky to have him as our buyer's agent. He is a straight shooter and definitely made me feel that he is looking out for our best interests rather than facilitating a quick transaction. He easily saved us over $40K. I sent him an offer to submit for the house that was $28K over listing. Instead of submitting it blindly, he did his magic and research and actually came back to us to advise us to offer at listing price or slightly below. We went with $1K over listing which was ultimately accepted. Later, he helped us negotiate a full replacement for a new roof when I told him that I would have been ecstatic if we got the seller to pay for half. We cannot thank him enough for his help and expert knowledge. He is the best!

I worked with Danilo for a back-to-back sale and home purchase. Danilo is knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciated his attention to detail, and how he was able to keep the sale and purchase compartmentalized where I could easily follow both without any confusion. While Redfin's online presence allows for a lot of autonomy for its users, I appreciated that Danilo wanted to be a part of the entire process. There were some issues that I encountered with buyers, and Danilo "looked" out for me and my best interests. I felt like he really cared about me as a customer. Worst and most misleading agent to work with. Beware he never gives complete proper information, never explains contract but pushes you towards signing it without you letting you know your rights/obligation. In our case he never mentioned we had HOA contingency to get out of contract within 3-days (without need to go through inspection). We were pushed for inspection and incurred fees getting out of contract. Was informed of our rights and HOA rules through another agent. He was not punctual on due dates and didn't provide useful advice on how to offer good price for homes. Was trying to make deals rather than considering your interests. I do not recommend at all working with him.
