About Darla

I love living and selling in The Valley of the Sun. I've been a realtor for almost 22 years. It's the best career for me because I treasure my clients, building new relationships, and most importantly, representing and assisting clients in one of the most important financial transactions of their lives. I worked in the corporate world for many years but I always knew how much I would enjoy working in real estate. My experience in the corporate world has been very valuable in negotiating on my client's behalf (I sold multi-million dollar banking software systems). My Degree in Business Communications just reinforces the value and importance of having great communication skills. I do text but there is nothing that can take the place of face to face interaction or a phone conversation. Good communication along with a lot of experience is most important in real estate transactions. When dealing with multiple parties, personalities and at multiple levels, you must ALWAYS make your client your #1priority.
