Phenomenal experience. I would recommend Dave in a heartbeat. Very communicative; exceptional insights on the market, on particular homes, and on the sellers and negotiations. Dave went the extra mile (literally) to help me see as many homes as possible in a very short amount of time. He was flexible, available, and honest. Especially for a first-time buyer, you won't find a better agent.

Dave was very helpful in the whole process. He explained all the legalities very clearly and did not have any problems reiterating the same things over and over when we had confusion or needed clarity. Dave was not rushing us unlike other agents. He gave us time to think and process and was very transparent in giving us any information. He also was providing us in-depth information in regards to real estate market and trends, which we would have not known by ourselves. That information was of great help to us in making the right decisions to move forward. Overall, Dave was great and transparent and most importantly available when ever required. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and keep him in mind for any future transactions.

When we bought our first home, we had such a bad experience with our realtor so we decided on this home search, we were doing it ourselves with no realtor. However, because not all properties have open houses, you need a realtor to see them; Redfin appointed us Dave. When we would see the properties, Dave gave us his honest opinion - all the pros and cons and would always say, "The choice is totally up to you, that's just my honest opinion."
