David was incredibly responsive at all hours and was able to meet very quickly. As first time home buyers, he educated us on the home buying process and things to look out for as we progressed. His knowledge on the structural and repair aspects of buildings was an absolute asset, as he was able to point out positive and negative things about listings that we would have never thought of. He was honest and direct, and fueled us with the right information for us to be confident in our decisions. We would 100% recommend him to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home!

David is knowledgeable of the Chicago market and as an accomplished builder/handyman/renovator, has a keen eye for quality build characteristics in various properties you may visit. He makes himself readily available to answer questions and assuage concerns. Working with David was a pleasure and I encourage others to do the same.

I worked with David for over 6 months to find my new home. David went above and beyond in assisting my search in any way that he could including answering detailed questions, gathering property data and arranging showings at short notice. Going into this as a first time home buyer I felt overwhelmed. Since I met David he made everything so much easier and smoother for me. He helped me with any questions I had and gave me great advise on what to look for in a home. He helped me out by setting me up with a great home inspector and lawyer which took stress off me in trying to find someone for these. Overall, David was such great help and friendly individual who even after I bought my home still checked up on me to make sure everything was going well with the new home.
