David is incredibly knowledgeable, a great negotiator and passionate about his craft. He literally came in and saved us from a bad realtor situation & had the house under contract in 6 days at full price & maintained that throughout the closing process. He understood the particulars of our market value, especiallly as it related to a unique custom Tucan style home on a large beautiful lot in Crystal Falls. This was something that was hard to find. We spoke with many realtors prior to this & they just did not understand the timeless and intrinsic investment value of a Tuscan or Mediterranean style home & materials. His understanding of our single story home and its market value and ability to communicate this to buyers representatives was crucial to the price we were able to achieve. David had our back & was excellent & timely with his communication throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond in many ways, as the home was vacant -he stopped by to check on it frequently. The home was part of the Redfin luxury offering & he saved us significant time with pre-showing staging of things like a waterfall, whole home music systems, assisting with staging multiple patio areas. Further, for each viewing he stay throughout the duration to make sure everything was locked up and secured including patio cushions to keep the clean. These were long showings upwards of an hour, and he proactively took the time to be there and not only point out valuable and unique features buyers might not have otherwise noticed- he was also our eyes and ears to engage and understand genuine level of interest with prospective buyers — which turned out to be very useful throughout the rest of the closing process after the contract was secured. This level of engagement & communication was invaluable to ensuring we closed smoothly. Especially as he was able to identify key things as it related to the inspection report and what was material. David was also there for us to help out as needed with vendor referrals and to be at the house specifically to walk them through required repairs per contract & also dropped by to view make ready work or improvements for repairs we had pre-planned as well —to help check that the contractors did not leave a mess & that everything was clean and secure. In one situation, a vendor that was used to do the interior staging did leave a mess and interrupted other contract prep work in process. To be clear, David did not refer this vendor. A different realtor prior to him had referred this vendor - however, David took it upon himself immediately to clean up the mess they left in the kitchen & worked with us to help directly communicate the issues back to the vendor. He also helped to keep us on track with all of the documentation we need to provide to satisfy the contract requirements. Despite the length of this review, we have probably forgotten to point out everything he did to provide support and guidance throughout the process. We obviously highly recommend David Fisher.

I honestly do not know how we would have been able to make it through this process without David's guidance and advice. He was not just a real-estate broker, he became our friend.

David was invaluable for us during the entire process. His I sights and advice helped us get the right home for us and at a price lower than we thought possible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Phenomenal real estate professional. If there was a higher rating to give him, his assistance would be rated beyond that. We have purchased and sold multiple properties in the past but David made this purchase the best experience ever. We will definitely request his time and services on future real estate events and invite him and his family for friends and family gatherings.
